Vostu Dodges Brazilian Injunction In Copyright Battle

Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 4:52 PM EDT) -- The California federal judge overseeing Zynga Inc.'s copyright suit against rival online gaming company Vostu USA Inc. on Thursday barred Zynga from enforcing a foreign injunction that would have forced Vostu to shut down four of its most popular games in Brazil.
