AIG Motives 'Suspect' In $10.5B BofA Deal: Investors

Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Investors alleged Monday in New York state court that American International Group Inc. might be trying to undermine a proposed $10.5 billion Bank of America Corp. mortgage-backed securities settlement to force a more lucrative settlement in its own suit against the bank.
