Agility Denies Overcharging Military On Transport Contract

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 3:15 PM EDT) -- A Kuwaiti contractor on Tuesday pled not guilty in Georgia to charges that it overcharged the U.S. military on a multibillion-dollar contract to transport food and other logistics to American troops in Iraq and Kuwait, according to a statement from the company.

Agility, the defendant also known as Public Warehousing Co., entered its not guilty plea at an arraignment in Georgia federal court, nearly two years after federal prosecutors initially indicted the company.
