Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 1:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Tuesday consolidated in California three proposed class actions claiming Bank of America Corp. used deceptive sales tactics to lure customers to a plan that promised to eliminate minimum credit card payments during illness or unemployment.
