Ex-Triton CEO Convicted In $50M Ponzi Scheme

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 10:24 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal jury on Wednesday convicted former Triton Financial LLC head Kurt B. Barton of running a $50 million Ponzi scheme that victimized 300 people including family members, professional football players and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
