Computer Contractor Settles FCA Suit For $2.3M

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 5:39 PM EDT) -- Red River Computer Co. has agreed to pay $2.3 million to settle a False Claims Act suit alleging it performed incomplete work on contracts for several federal agencies, the U.S. Department of Justice said Thursday.

Red River, an information technology products and services reseller based in Claremont, N.H., performed work for the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, Department of Interior, Environmental Protection Agency, General Services Administration and the Library of Congress, according to a statement from U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire...
