9th Circ. Nixes Injunction In $61M Air Force Contract Row

Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A Montana federal court was wrong to prohibit Precision Lift Inc. from using images owned by Flexible Lifeline Systems Inc. in a bid for a $61 million U.S. Air Force contract based on a presumption of irreparable harm, the Ninth Circuit ruled Monday.
