Ex-Dick's Atty Fights US Calls To Revoke Bail Over Email

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 6:05 PM EDT) -- A convicted Dick's Sporting Goods attorney on Friday asked a New York federal judge to reject prosecutors' request to revoke his bail, saying an email he sent to his ex-wife berating her for testifying at his July kickbacks trial did not rise to the level of criminal harassment.
