MGA Drops O'Melveny Malpractice Claims In Bratz Row

Law360, Los Angeles (August 25, 2011, 12:00 AM EDT) -- MGA Entertainment Inc. announced late Thursday that it had dropped legal malpractice claims against O'Melveny & Myers LLP, which is suing the toy maker for allegedly failing to pay a $10.2 million legal tab incurred during its trade secrets feud with Mattel Inc.
