Movie Producer's Ex-Asst Nets $3.3M In Harassment Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 26, 2011, 9:44 PM EDT) -- A California state jury awarded Jon Peters' former assistant $3.3 million on Friday, ruling that she was subject to severe and pervasive sexual harassment while employed by the Hollywood producer of critically acclaimed movies including "Batman," "The Color Purple" and "Rain Man."
