Icahn Ends Lionsgate Takeover Bid, Sells All Shares

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Carl C. Icahn agreed Tuesday to sell all of his shares in Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. as part of a settlement ending litigation in New York over the billionaire investor's allegedly unfair tactics in his pursuit of the studio through a tender offer.
