Ex-CIA Official Blames Senate Atty In Leak Case

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 8:30 PM EDT) -- A former CIA official charged with leaking classified information to a New York Times reporter disclosed that a former attorney with the Senate Intelligence Committee had been fired for being the actual source, according to a court filing in Virginia made public Tuesday.
