Boeing Urged To Aid Workers' Discovery In ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (September 2, 2011, 4:43 PM EDT) -- An Illinois magistrate judge on Friday "strongly encouraged" Boeing Co. to assist a group of employees fighting for class certification in a case over their 401(k) plan costs in obtaining documents from the aerospace giant's expert.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Donald G. Wilkerson compelled Boeing to hand over their class certification expert's transcripts and reports from four past cases involving companies like Wells Fargo & Co. and Macy's Inc.
