US Says MCS Can't Win Protest Over Army IT Contract

Law360, New York (September 6, 2011, 5:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. on Friday shot back at a contractor that seeks to enjoin the Army from giving an information technology contract to a rival, telling a federal court that the contractor's protest was mooted by amendments to the Small Business Act.
