DOJ Fights To Save Lindsey Convictions Despite Mistakes

Law360, New York (September 6, 2011, 2:12 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors told a California federal court Monday that mistakes they made in their handling of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act case against Lindsey Manufacturing Co. didn't amount to misconduct, and that the guilty verdicts should not be dismissed.
