L-3 Engineer Faces New Charges In Defense Exports Case

Law360, New York (September 7, 2011, 6:29 PM EDT) -- Already facing allegations that he misappropriated and exported sensitive military technology to China, a former employee of defense contractor L-3 Communications Corp. was indicted on additional charges Wednesday in New Jersey.

The superseding indictment charges Sixing "Steve" Liu with eight counts of exporting defense-related technical data without a license, one count of transporting stolen goods across state lines and two counts of making false statements to law enforcement agents.
