Bloomberg Settles Photographer's Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 4:55 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday entered a judgment against Bloomberg LP, which agreed to pay a photographer $8,500 to settle his copyright case claiming a Bloomberg TV program used one of his photos without permission.

Louis Psihoyos sued Bloomberg on Aug. 12, alleging that his photo of Netscape Communications Corp. co-founder Jim Clark was used in an episode of Bloomberg’s series "Game Changers."
