NFL Retirees Target Union, Tom Brady Over Labor Deal

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 5:37 PM EDT) -- Retired football players launched a putative class action Tuesday against the National Football League Players Association and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, claiming the union had no authority to negotiate retiree benefits during a recent labor dispute with the NFL.
