BellSouth Workers Take ERISA Loss To High Court

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 2:27 PM EDT) -- A group of BellSouth Corp. employees sought U.S. Supreme Court review of a class action earlier this month after the Fifth Circuit ruled that a benefits plan's primary thrust was not to provide income, and was therefore not grounds for the suit.
