Court Seals Documents In Insurance Case

Law360 (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Despite protests from plaintiffs, a district court has granted a motion to seal documents in the consolidated antitrust suit pending against some of the nation's largest insurers.

The U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey granted the motion, which had been filed by defendants the Chubb Corp., Federal Insurance Co., Executive Risk Indemnity Inc. and Vigiland Insurance Co., on Tuesday.
