Solyndra Execs Plead 5th In Hearing Over $535M Loan

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 1:50 PM EDT) -- Executives from bankrupt solar panel maker Solyndra LLC refused Friday to testify in a U.S. House of Representatives hearing on the company’s $535 million loan guarantee from the Obama administration, asserting their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
