Time Inc. Unit Accused Of Withholding Vacation Pay

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 5:22 PM EDT) -- Time Inc.’s magazine fundraising unit was hit with a putative class action Monday in California court by a former sales manager who claims the company deprived her of vacation pay.

Mary K. Ellison’s wage-and-hour complaint alleges that QSP Inc. failed to pay employees for unused vacation time when they left the company even though it is legally obligated to do so.
