McCourt Should Sell Dodgers To Exit Bankruptcy: MLB

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 10:40 PM EDT) -- Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig asked the Delaware bankruptcy court Friday to allow Los Angeles Dodgers Inc. owner Frank McCourt to sell the team, saying McCourt's plan to keep the team and raise money by auctioning television rights would harm all MLB clubs.
