Howard Stern Can't Cash In On Sirius XM Tie-Up: Atty

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 9:07 PM EDT) -- An attorney for Sirius XM Radio Inc. told a New York state judge Monday that Howard Stern's production company and agent can't have hundreds of millions of dollars in additional stock awards because of the merger that created the satellite radio operator.
