5th Circ. Revives Golf Voucher Antitrust Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 27, 2011, 5:55 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday ruled that a Gulf Coast hotel trade group could pursue antitrust claims in federal court against a Mississippi golf course association over competing voucher programs, reversing a lower court’s dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
