Bath & Body Can’t Put Stake In ‘Twilight’ IP Claim

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 1:57 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday refused to toss an intellectual property claim the makers of the popular “Twilight” films brought against Bath & Body Works Brand Management Inc, whose personal care products allegedly copy Twilight's signature silhouetted trees design.
