Class Certified In Photog's IP Suit Against Pearson

Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday certified a class in one of two lawsuits brought by photographer Norbert Wu accusing publisher Pearson Education Inc. of filling its textbooks with photographs it has not properly licensed, but denied certification in the other.
