Supreme Court May Hear DirecTV Tax Case

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 7:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday asked the solicitor general to weigh in on whether it should hear an appeal from DirecTV challenging the constitutionality of Ohio's decision to require sales tax on services for satellite broadcasting but not for cable.
