Chipotle Stiffs Customers On Gift Card Redemptions: Suit

Law360, New York (October 5, 2011, 1:29 PM EDT) -- A proposed class action launched Monday against Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. claims the fast food chain tricked California customers into believing they could not redeem gift cards worth less than $10 in cash despite lawmakers' awarding consumers that right in 2008.
