JPML Won't Combine Airline Booking Antitrust Suits

Law360, New York (October 6, 2011, 9:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Thursday denied Sabre Inc.'s bid to consolidate in Texas federal court two suits accusing the company of monopolizing the airline booking business, ruling Sabre had not demonstrated a need to centralize the litigation.
