After Loss, Drug Makers Move To Toss Separate Case

Law360 (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Rushing to respond to a court's ruling that three drug companies conspired to inflate average wholesale prices, defendants in the New York counties' case in the multidistrict litigation are urging Judge Patti Saris to dismiss the case.
