MGA's Bratz Antitrust Suit Nixed In Mattel Battle

Law360, San Diego (October 20, 2011, 10:21 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday tossed MGA Entertainment Inc.’s case alleging Mattel Inc. broke antitrust laws in pursuing claims that a former employee stole the idea for MGA’s Bratz dolls, finding the allegations could have been raised in an earlier lawsuit.
