T-Mobile, Calif. City Agree On Cell Tower Sites

Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 4:45 PM EDT) -- T-Mobile West Corp. has agreed to abandon its efforts to compel the city of Thousand Oaks, Calif., to allow construction of a wireless communication tower on a church in exchange for permission to pursue similar projects nearby, according to court documents filed Wednesday.

U.S. District Judge Christina A. Snyder approved the settlement in T-Mobile's case against the city over its 2009 denial of an application to build a camouflaged wireless tower on an existing church building at 3947 West Kimber Dr.
