Google Tries To Limit Damages In Oracle Patent Row

Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. on Friday asked a California federal court to limit its liability in Oracle America Inc.'s lawsuit over the Android smartphone operating system to alleged acts of patent infringement that occurred after July 2010, when Oracle first notified Google of the allegations.
