Imaging Co. Loses Sanctions, Dismissal Bid In FCA Suit

Law360, Chicago (October 24, 2011, 8:08 PM EDT) -- Center for Diagnostic Imaging Inc. on Monday lost its bid for sanctions and the dismissal of two ex-employees' qui tam suit in Washington state accusing the the company of submitting false claims and paying kickbacks for Medicare and Medicaid referrals.
