4 Singaporeans Arrested Over Illegal Exports To Iran

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 3:55 PM EDT) -- Four people in Singapore have been arrested on charges that they conspired to export American-made electronic devices to Iran that were then used in improvised explosive devices on the battlefield in Iraq, the U.S. Department of Justice said Tuesday.

The DOJ said it is bring charges against Wong Yuh Lan, Lim Yong Nam, Lim Kow Seng and Hia Soo Gan Benson, all citizens of Singapore, along with an Iranian national, Hossein Larijani, who is still at large, for exporting thousands of radio frequency modules to Iran....
