Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 4:29 PM EDT) -- A European Union court ruled Tuesday that plaintiffs accusing foreign website operators of infringing their publicity rights can bring suit in their home countries, upholding an actor's suit in France over a British newspaper's online article linking him to pop star Kylie Minogue.
