Digital Film Expiration Date Dupes Buyers, Suit Claims

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 7:12 PM EDT) -- Hollywood movie studios including Lions Gate Films Inc. and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC were hit Monday with a proposed class action accusing them of failing to adequately notify consumers that digital copies of Blu-ray movies they bought had a short shelf life.
