Lime Wire Exits Contract Dispute Over IP Settlement

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Independent record label group Merlin BV and Lime Wire LLC ended their dispute Wednesday over allegations that the defunct music file-sharing service provider breached a contract by cutting Merlin out of a $105 million copyright infringement settlement.
