PwC Ducks 2 Hedge Fund Claims In Refco MDL

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 2:39 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge has affirmed findings by a special master for the sweeping Refco Inc. multidistrict fraud litigation that two claims by hedge funds alleging PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC is liable for $263 million be thrown out, according to an order filed Tuesday.
