Lincoln Scoops Up Calif. Office, Retail Complex For $76M

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 3:35 PM EDT) -- Real estate firm Lincoln Property Co. has scooped up an office and retail complex in Huntington Beach, Calif., it announced Thursday, reportedly paying $76 million for the property in a receivership sale.

Lincoln Property acquired Towers at Bella Terra in one of the largest receivership sales of the year, paying 45 percent less than the previous owner, who in 2007 acquired the complex developed by DJM Capital Parners Inc., according to Lincoln’s statement.
