Judge Trims Weapons Disposal Co.’s Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 7:51 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Thursday nixed Lanham Act claims in a suit alleging that ARA Group Inc. stole rival U.S. Demil LLC's proprietary demilitarization technology to win a U.S. Army contract to dispose of explosives near Hawaii.
