NBC Can't Evade 'To Catch A Predator' Privacy Dispute

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday refused to nix a lawsuit brought against NBC Universal Inc. by a man featured on an episode of “Dateline NBC: To Catch a Predator” who says the show intruded on his privacy, rejecting the network's claim that the First Amendment protected it.
