Bank Of New York Employees Demand Overtime

Law360 (June 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Adding another name to the long list of banks being sued for Fair Labor Standards Act violations, Bank of New York was hit Wednesday with a putative class action by a Queens assistant branch manager who says she and other employees were misclassified as exempt and not paid time-and-a-half for working overtime.
