Law360, Los Angeles (November 1, 2011, 4:10 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday postponed a trial between actress Zooey Deschanel and shoemaker Steve Madden Ltd. over the company’s alleged use of Deschanel’s name to market a line of footwear without her permission, pending a possible settlement in the case.
