W.Va. Strippers Sue Club Over Tips, Dance Fees

Law360, New York (November 1, 2011, 8:49 PM EDT) -- A group of exotic dancers on Tuesday brought a class action against the West Virginia strip club Diva’s LLC, accusing the owners of violating state and federal labor laws by failing to pay them minimum wage and misappropriating their tips.
