Holiday Inn Stiffed Guests Over Cancellations: Suit

Law360, Chicago (November 2, 2011, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The Intercontinental Hotels Group Operating Corp. and its Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites branch in Dallas breached contracts and duped customers by refusing to refund canceled reservations over Super Bowl weekend, a class action made public Tuesday in Illinois alleges.
