3 Charged With $33M Air Force Med Systems Fraud

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 1:08 PM EDT) -- A federal grand jury in Texas indicted three people Wednesday for allegedly creating a sham business to win $33.5 million in U.S. Air Force subcontracts tied to medical systems modernization, a fraud scheme that enriched them by $6.4 million, according to prosecutors.
