Army Sgts. Deny Contract Bribe Scheme

Law360, Chicago (November 3, 2011, 1:23 PM EDT) -- Two men who served in Afghanistan as staff sergeants in the U.S. Army Active Guard Reserve Program pled not guilty Wednesday in Illinois to charges that they took bribes from a defense contractor in exchange for inking a phony $200,000 government contract for vehicles.
