NASA Contractor Cops To False Statements Charge

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 8:06 PM EST) -- The owner of contractor Aerotech Precision Manufacturing Inc., accused of falsifying inspection reports on space vehicle parts for NASA, agreed Monday to plead guilty to making false statements in exchange for the dismissal of a fraud charge in Texas federal court.
